Staffstore UK are pleased to be working alongside a long standing machinery dealer in the Wakefield area in line with their current recruitment drive. They are wanting to speak to candidates that have had experience in coordinating teams of engineers ideally within the construction industry. The main duties of the job on offer will be:

Working closely with the service manager to ensure the engineers time is planned efficiently

Booking in and out of machines and equipment

Inputting of service sheets & job sheets onto multiple business systems

Collating timesheet's on a weekly basis for all of the workshop staff

Handle and resolve any invoice queries

Outbound sales calls to book in service work

Escalating repair queries as and when required

Dealing with all customers over the phone and face to face

Monitoring and managing maintenance planners ensuring that customers are kept updated of when machinery will be available to pick up from the workshop
