Treasury Middle Office Analyst in London with a challenger bank focusing on Interest Rate Risk.

Your new company
This challenger bank is further developing the treasury function and looking to add a treasury middle office analyst to the treasury function. This role will have you focusing on the Interest Rate Risk, Market Risk and balance sheet management. As the bank continues to grow there is opportunity to further build on your treasury experience and develop your experience in other treasury areas.

Your new role
As part of the Middle office and ALM team you will be responsible for IRRBB, market risk reporting, controls and assisting with hedge effectiveness testing. You will be the internal expert on interest rate risk and prepare reporting that will be presented for treasury, risk and ALCo. You will support the further development of internal efficiencies, develop the interest rate reporting system, analyses balance sheet items to ensure correctly presented, and analyse financial instruments.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong Interest Rate Risk experience, an understanding of fair value hedge accounting, and be eager to further develop your career.
