Your new company
A medium sized group of companies with head office based in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Your new role
This is a broad ranging Compliance role working in manufacturing industry.

Ensuring that the Group achieves its ISO9001-2015 certification and other certifications
Implement appropriate, scalable processes to cover both internal and external compliance requirements in all areas of the business
Effectively implementing results of recent quality and health and safety gap analysis work carried out across the Group
Developing and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
Drafting, modify and implement company policies
Collaborating with Legal and Compliance to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a broad background in Corporate Compliance gained in a manufacturing or similar industry with the following experience and skills:
Proven experience in a compliance management or senior quality management role
Methodical and diligent approach with outstanding organisational and planning capabilities
Ability to keep meticulous records and to ensure that documentation is received to deadlines.
Proven experience of writing business processes and procedures within a recognised legislative framework
Have knowledge of best practice and know what a 'good' system looks like
Excellent communication and team working skills, with an ability to engage staff at all levels of the organisation and win their support for quality practices

What you'll get in return
This is a 6 month fixed term contract and there is a possibility that there could be a longer term opportunity at the company.
The salary will be in the range £50-60000 pro rata for the 6 month
