Job Title; Finance and Payroll Assistant – long term temporary

Our Client has an immediate opening to join their business on a long term temporary basis.

Reporting to the Finance Director – this is a role that requires a mix of skills and may suit an AAT Qualified / Bookkeeper or QBE.

On a Daily / Weekly and Monthly basis you will work across;

end to end Payroll for salaried staffupdate of the General Ledger in respect of Payrollmanagement of NI and PAYE – also the deduction of Pension Paymentsupdate of Starters and Leavers – update and maintain HR Recordsmaintain Petty Cash Float and Reconcileassist with preparation of VAT returnassist with update of Balance Sheet and ReconciliationCash Postingsassist with preparation of Sales Invoicesad hoc duties as requiredIdeally our Client would like someone to join the business on or around 15th January 2018.
