We are growing! As part of this growth we have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Selsey, West Sussex. Do you have experience of SSIS, SSRS, Data warehouse and IT Data Analysis? If so, we would like to hear from you. It's an exciting time to join our team and as part of this role we are looking for someone to provide Business Intelligence data to different audiences within our business. The role will also include capturing user and business requirements and then turning these specifications into solutions. You will develop both new and existing solutions and be involved in configuring, testing and integrating within other platforms as necessary. Other responsibilities include managing high-level incidents and service requests passed through from the Service Desk, conducting thorough problem resolutions whilst implementing both change and service requests. This role will be based from our Selsey head office with travel to our 3 sites based on the Chichester Food Park. This is a permanent, full time position. Hours: 08:30-17:30 - Monday-Friday Responsibilities: The role is varied and will include: Build and support efficient, stable, usable reports (using a variety of data sources to meet user requirements and solve business problems). Surface this information to support key decision making within the organisation. Working with Business Leads in identifying and proposing reporting changes, better uses, enhancements and developments and liaising with appropriate vendors, users and the IT Team. Delivering support to existing business users. Investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries. Prioritising requests in accordance with agreed criteria and with reference to the Service Desk SLA's. Liaise with software suppliers on the development of system enhancements to overcome known problems or further fulfil user requirements. Assist the Applications Manager to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques. Investigate operational requirements and problems, contributing to improvements. Document procedures and processes, take part in user meetings and assist in presenting issues and solutions both orally and in writing. Assist in defining acceptance tests for new or changed automated systems. Ensuring data maintains integrity. SQL queries and reports are efficient and perform optimally. Perform related duties as assigned.About us: Here at Natures Way, we love food! About you: Previous experience as an Applications BI Analyst would be preferred. Positive, team player.
