I have a client based in Maidstone who is looking for a Service Desk Analyst who has experience MAC Support, Active Directory, Helpdesk / Service Desk, IOS, Networks and Desktop imaging on a Permanent basis.

Our Client is offering the successful Service Desk Analyst a salary up to £27,000 based on experience.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • MAC Support
  • Active Directory
  • Mobile Telephony (IOS and Android)
  • Audio Visual and video conference technologies and hardware
  • Anti-virus installation and centralised deployment/management tools
  • WAN/LAN Technologies
  • VOIP telecommunications
  • WIFI Technologies
  • Desktop Imaging
