We are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and competent Compliance Officer to join our Property and Maintenance Team.

Here at YHA we take H&S matters seriously and are committed to best practice with regard to regulatory and statutory compliance and to this end we wish to appoint an individual who can be the Competent Person on behalf of the Association to ensure all necessary H&S policy and procedures are adhered to.

We would like you to be a proactive person with attention to details, who can respond immediately to any breaches in compliance, who can work collaboratively with contractors and consultants to ensure a high quality, customer focused maintenance service.

You will be joining a team of dedicated professionals, who work hard at securing the best outcomes for our residents/tenants, partners and stakeholders.
