Our fast expanding client who are manufacturers for new and hire equipment for the construction industry are looking for a professional friendly character with good communication skills who will be able to communicate with the full spectrum of on-site personnel from Project manager to Site Operatives.

You will be required to drive to sites in Stoke and the Midlands, carrying out repairs, servicing and set up of equipment. Recording all work activities for the office based customer service team. You will be required to carry out welding tasks, cutting, grinding and drilling equipment.

Skills required include the following:-

Good geographical knowledge
Welding skills
basic fitting
basic knowledge and experience of hydraulic machinery operating systems
basic microsoft Office skills.

Training will be provided to the successful candiate in:-

Test and examination of lifting equipment - LOLER Requirements
Software as required to operate laptop/PDA as required.

You will be supplied with a fully equipped company van, complete with vehicle tracking system which you will be responsible for care and general "housekeeping" of the vehicle.

Working Hours are 45 Per Week (typically 7am - 4.30pm) 1/2 hour paid lunch break, Where you work in excess of overtime this will be paid at basic rate.
