Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger & Reconciliations Analyst for a leading marketing agency based in new offices in Ripon, North of Harrogate.

Client Details

The client have established themselves as market leader, working with well respected brands and household names. Their continued success has led to the requirement to add a Purchase Ledger & Reconciliations Analyst to the Finance team. Having recently moved offices to Ripon, the company is easily accessible from Harrogate and the surrounding towns.


As a Purchase Ledger & Reconciliations Analyst you will be reporting into the Finance Manager, your duties will include, however are not limited to: Reconciling data and invoices to internal order records, Ensuring that payments to retailers are accurate and timely, Processing payment runs and ad hoc payments on Sage 200 and online banking, Processing orders requiring CHAPS payments to agreed SLAs, Accruing costs to the ledger, Working closely with operations and sales, Handling invoice queries and ensuring credit notes are raised and processed, Maintaining purchase ledger accounts and allocating payments against invoices, Recommending and implementing process improvements, Supporting the stock-taking process and reconciling and posting stock figures to the nominal ledger each month, Producing sales reports, Producing balance sheet reconciliations, Support of and cover for finance team and any Ad hoc duties as and required.


The successful candidate will:

  • Have worked in accounts payable previously
  • Have strong reconciliations experience
  • Work well within a small but busy finance team
  • Have strong excel skills (including vlookups and pivot tables as a minimum)

Job Offer

Salary up to £23,000 + holidays + pensions + company discounts + new offices
