I am looking for an engaging On-Cite Client Support Engineer to join a fantastic support team in one of the UK’s leading Managed It Service Providers.

The core responsibility of this position is to provide onsite based and remote support for clients, offering excellent customer service and strong technical knowledge.


·Windows 2008/2012/2016 server administration, configuration and troubleshooting

·Windows 7/8.1/10 desktop support, configuration and troubleshooting

·Active Directory Administration and configuration including group policy

·Supporting users in Citrix environment – Xenapp Versions 6.5 and 7.x.x.

·Knowledge of network and router/firewall troubleshooting and configuration.

·Networking - TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP

·Microsoft Exchange 2010/13/16 administration, configuration and troubleshooting.

·Mobile device remote support, in particular, Microsoft Exchange ActivSync connectivity.

·Support experience in an ITIL based service desk environment.

·Office 365.

·Knowledge of Apple Mac O/S and configuration

·Knowledge of thin clients and how they are configured.

·General diagnostics around 3rd party applications

Bonus Points for:

·Microsoft Azure

·Understanding of the Legal and Recruitment sector

·Virtual Technologies – Hyper-V, XenCenter and VMware
