Fantastic opportunity has become available to join my client, a Financial Services organisation based close to Sunderland City Centre.

This is a full time permanent role, which offers Mon-Fri working hours and free on site parking!

Have you worked within Financial Services? Do you have experience within Credit Control or Customer Services? Have you any experience within Account Management? Essential Requirements -

- Credit Control experience

- Previous employment within an office environment

- Amazing communication skills both written and verbal

- Intermediate level with Word/Excel

- Able to work with numbers/figures

Desirable Requirements -

- Credit Control experience

- Previous experience within a Financial Services environment

- Managing risk/ sales

Role Purpose -

  • To ensure security and profitability for my client through efficient verification of a portfolio of clients
  • To establish a professional and effective relationship with the client
  • To provide outstanding levels of customer service

Brief description of daily duties -

  • Liaising with customers (internal and external) via face to face/email/telephone and written communication
  • Getting to understand your clients business and offering credit control solutions
  • Manages credit control and agreed SLA's with clients
  • Making decisions based on client information/outcome of calls
  • Setting credit limits for clients based on guidelines and able to feed this back to line manager
  • All associated admin to ensure that all systems/ files are kept up to date
  • Take accountability for decisions and seize opportunities that may arise.

This is a fantastic role for a candidate who has an interest in Financial Services/Credit Control who wants to manage their own portfolio of clients, providing tailored solutions and a high level of customer service at every opportunity.

This is a permanent role paying £16k-£18k dependant upon experience.
