Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team in Manchester on a 12 month fixed term contract. As part of the Manchester accounting team you will be an active member in reviewing and inputting invoices.


In this role, you will also assist offices with preparation of "master" invoices that include multiple large amounts of matter/account allocations. The Accounts Payable Specialist must visually identify risk factors that need attention and recalculate/foot amounts on an invoice including quantity/price extensions and tax calculations.

Join our team if you:

•Have experience working in Accounts Payable, preferably in a Shared Service environment
•Have the ability to use independent judgment and discretion
•Will enjoy communicating with vendors and internal customers

And have:

•Fluency in Spanish and/or French
•Strong analytical skills needed to correctly comprehend and communicate data
•Familiarity with VAT input tax process and related rates
