We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a Property Company based in South Manchester. Reporting to the Management Accountant and working within a large, exciting and dynamic team, your role will be to provide financial support including invoice processing, reconciliations, ledger management and month end processes.

You daily duties will include but are not limited to;

-Purchase invoice logging & processing
-Purchase order matching and PO log review
-Supplier statement review and reconciliation
-Creditors ledgers reconciliations
-Daily bank emails and recording of payments in
-Cashbook updating and reconciliations
-Posting cashbooks to Sage and reconciling bank account nominals
-Issuing payment receipts
-Updating payment spreadsheets
-Nominal reconciliations
-Dealing with accounts queries
-Accounting for accruals and prepayments
-Providing information and support to other departments in the business, as required.

You will ideally be studying AAT and wanting to progress with further study.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, self motivated and looking for their first steps in their finance career. You will be driven and look to develop and grow with the company.
