What you’ll do here

As an ICT support analyst with us you’ll draw on your full, wide range of skills - from your way with people, to your technical and business knowledge, as well as your flair for analysis and problem solving. Providing excellent ICT support, you’ll be the first person our 1st line support analysts contact when they need to escalate an issue. We will rely on you to resolve incidents by collecting all the relevant information, and performing skilled investigations and troubleshooting. What’s more, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to take part in a range of improvement work and projects. You’ll also discover scope to contribute to strategy, information and requirements gathering exercises, testing, and the development and documentation of changes. Along the way, you’ll have the benefit of training and guidance to keep developing yourself.

Who you are

To join us you’ll need proven experience of providing 2nd or 3rd line support directly to end users. Ideally, you’ll have both an HNC level IT qualification and an advanced professional qualification such as MCSA/MCSE or ITIL intermediate. You will certainly bring to the role excellent problem solving, analytical and lateral thinking skills, with a flair for managing multiple tasks at once. A good grasp of standard troubleshooting and investigation techniques is essential. Just as important will be your positive attitude, flair for communication and talent for building relationships with others.
