Your new company is a highly reputable Oxfordshire business specialising in the automotive industry. This company provides services along the vehicle life cycle from port to dealerships for new vehicles, refurbishment and logistics for used vehicles and re-marketing and auction operations.
Your new role
In your new role you will be working in a team of three reporting directly to the Payroll Manager. You will be responsible for the beginning to end processing of 125 weekly paid employees and 320 monthly paid employees including new starters, leavers, salary changes, SSP/SMP/SPP payments. You will also be responsible for other day-to-day Payroll tasks such as identifying and implementing changes to processes and procedures and resolving issues and queries quickly and efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have at least one year experience within a similar role, processing payroll at a similar volume. You will have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and outlook. Payroll qualifications would be advantageous but not essential. You will possess a strong attention to detail, be motivated and dynamic.
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent, full time position (09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday) and in return you will receive a salary of around £22,500 per annum. The company also offers 20 days holiday, pension scheme and flexible working hours.
