Answer phone calls
* Manage correspondence in absence of Customer service
* Organise files & documents
* Create rent & electric sheet in Excel every month for Welsh area
* Raise rent & electricity invoices in Sage for Southern
* Input rents received from Welsh area in Excel & Sage
* Provide new monthly rent work sheet to Welsh area Managers
* To deal with Banking/Welsh depot
* To take payments by Terminal
* Update records with new residents (Rent sheet, Sage ,Database) for Welsh area
* Dealing with Customer enquiries for Welsh area
* Create RPI booklets and letters in regards other charges for Southern area with the assistance of Sale Ledger Manager
* To place order for any necessary stationary
* To assist Northern Accounts manager (gas& electricity invoices)
* To assist with ISO
* To actively participate and support on all ISO related activities and requirements concerning your department if and when required.
