SERVICE MANAGER - Appliances - South & Midlands The Package: Basic Up to circa £40,000 OTE circa £4,000 Company Car Laptop / iPad Mobile Attractive Pension Etc. The Company: Part of a large International company Well known and respected in the industry Recognised brand within the Appliance market place The Area: Ideally based South or Midlands area - but will cover Nationally The Job: Working with Appliances within the White Goods Industry Offering support and continued product advice and training to existing and potential service customers and product support and development between customers and the factory. Able to write reports analyzing the customer service the organization provides and regularly deliver to management with clear accountability for results. Open to implement and help the factory develop innovations and re-engineer changes of the technology used within the organisation. Capable of creating training documents and supporting information. Replacement position Home based role Role immediately available The Person: Need to have a background in Commercial Catering or Domestic Appliance Engineering background Technical Service background Someone that can find the fault and repair any type of appliance that is put in front of them, more or less Someone good at Admin - Someone that can write up how to repair a product - or what they have done Have good technical knowledge and skills, must have some past experience of repairs in the field of commercial catering equipment and/or domestic appliances.
