Billing Assistant, Near Holmes Chapel, to start 22.1.18, 6 months
My client is a leading provider of connectivity and media who provide an advanced global product and service platform to a variety of clients. They have a vacancy for someone in the billing department where you will be assisting the finance tem with:
·Preparing sales invoices and sales journals
·Producing documentation using Excel and Oracle
·Assisting in the preparation of monthly sales analysis and reports
·Liaising with the sales team to obtain information
·Liaise with other offices in LA, Madrid, Sydney, Singapore and Dubai
We are looking for someone who is a problem solver with proven billing experience, experience using Oracle, excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a keen eye for detail.
