Legal and Compliance Administrator - Wimbledon
The Legal and Compliance Department are seeking an organised and pragmatic Administrator, with a scrupulous eye for detail, to join their energetic and diligent team. This engaging role offers responsibility and variety. You will have the opportunity to work in a department which covers data protection, contract administration, competition law and an array of other legal matters. If you are a meticulous multi-tasker with an aptitude for administration, this could be the perfect role for you.
What can you expect?
- Preparing executive management reports and summaries and consolidating documentsAdministering contracts, invoices and creating purchase ordersHandling data protection correspondence, including requests for CCTV and documentsLiaising with other Head Office Departments and external Business Partners Organising and preparing for meetings, events and taking minutesManaging incoming telephone calls, emails, post and online databasesCompleting monthly reporting tasksOther ad hoc administrative tasks
What are we looking for?
- Enthusiasm for legal and regulatory mattersA strong multi-tasker who genuinely enjoys working to schedules and deadlinesAble to work independently, managing conflicting deadlines with ease and efficiencyAn excellent communicator with exceptional organisational abilitiesProficiency in German and English, both written and verbal is preferableProven administrative experience with strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPointAn unwavering eye for detail supported by strong literacy and numeracy skills
