We are currently seeking a Principal Civil Engineer - Infrastructure in Nottingham to join a National Engineering Consultancy who operate across multiple disciplines. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skill set and lead a team in the East Midlands.

As a Principal Civil Engineer you are required to have achieved a MSc Civil Engineering and ideally be Chartered or working towards Chartered status. You will have a minimum of 10 years experience within the UK market working on residential and commercial developments from initial inception through to practical completion. It is essential that you're fully competent in the use of industry design software including AutoCAD, Civils 3D & Microdrainage to undertake the design of roads and drainage. Candidates will be fully aware of section 38, 278 & 104 agreements between local authorities and developers.

You will join the Infrastructure team in Nottingham to assist the delivery of existing projects while using your technical knowledge and market connections to develop a new client base and new opportunities.

Requirements:

- Educated to MSc grade in Civil Engineering

- Chartered or actively working towards this professional status

- Minimum of 10 years UK market experience in Infrastructure & Highways design

- Full competent in use of AutoCAD, Civils 3D & Microdrainage

- Fully aware of s38, s278 & s104 agreements

- Strong client contacts in the Civil Engineering market
