SharePoint Developer (Office 365)-£70K

This role is based in London, Uxbridge

This is a fantastic opportunity for a SharePoint Developer to work in Greenfield environment. The SharePoint Developer will have a chance to have full autonomy to build and support the development of SharePoint solutions within a brand new Office365 environment.

The SharePoint Developer will be working in a word class technology set up and office environment within a small IT Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer all elements of Office 365 with specific focus on SharePoint;
  • To support the development of collaborative working solutions at London;
  • Through the ongoing development of SharePoint solutions within the Microsoft Office365 environment;
  • Develop workflow solutions for Project Management of Property Development schemes capitalising on the capabilities of SharePoint and Power BI report tools;
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of the SharePoint site, including creation and updates to project templates, user administration, project site creation, user queries and general support within the Office365 Environment;
  • Develop reporting and dashboard solutions within the Office BI environment as required to support the needs of the Departmental Heads and Executive Team;
  • Ensure the company is using Office 365 platform to its full potential especially in regard to Exchange Online, OneDrive & SharePoint;
  • Provide holiday and sick leave cover for the IT Manager;

  • Be the sole point of contact for all SharePoint development.
  • Provide the base SharePoint administration on a daily basis, working within the required timescales to achieve the core administrative tasks;
  • Identify specific development needs with the executive team and departmental heads, consulting on and planning their implementation to meet required deadlines;
  • Understand the workflow requirements for business operation efficiencies, and work with senior management to develop/update workflows as the business processes evolve;
  • To co-ordinate and assist each department with opportunities for collaboration through the SharePoint Site to build common business
    interfaces on the site;
  • To define, plan and manage releases of the site updates;
  • Updating templates as required, and identifying when templates/pages/sites are no longer meeting the needs of the team and propose re-design/amendments as necessary;
  • To support the strategy for strategic, tactical and maintenance activities across the site and wider Office365 environment;
  • To take responsibility for: time management; reporting and monitoring; risk management; issue management; quality assurance and change management;
  • To act as technical expert for all SharePoint queries and issues, and share knowledge as appropriate;
