Global Head of Brand Marketing: up to 60K + Benefits A fantastic international organisation in central London are looking for a Global Head of Brand Marketing. This position reports to the Global Director of Marketing and Communications and will be leading the development and delivery of their global brand and marketing strategy. Post re-brand, this role will increase brand recognition, understanding, affinity and preference among professional stakeholders, donors and key segments of the public. Advising international offices and campaign teams on the implementation of global brand marketing strategy. There are 3 direct reports.Main Duties:Develop and implement the global brand strategy to grow brand heath and the overall market value of the brand worldwideEnsure local and global communication, campaign and fundraising strategies reflect brand strategyLead, motivate and manage an international and country-based support teams to deliver brand marketing objectivesNurture and source relationships with brand partners and individualsAdvise on global brand opportunity, performance and risk to the global SMTOversea the international brand budgetWork collaboratively with external organisations, teams and in-country partnersHelp secure resources and reach by actively nurturing supporter relationships, fundraising, communications and donor reportingPerson Specification:Proven experience of development and implementation of an organisational brand marketing strategyIdeally candidates will have both not for profit and private sector experience with an international organisationProven experience of building and embedding a global brandProven experience of developing brand marketing approaches within wider organisational initiativesExcellent communication, decision making and networking skillsFirm grasp of ROI having used market research, analysis and audience perception data to shape strategy and improve performanceExcellent project management skills The Pro-Recruitment Group consists of 3 distinct brands: Pro-Tax, Pro-Legal and Pro-Finance
