Software Automation Senior Project Manager - Equity in the business
Aggressively growing software automation solution provider seeks an experienced Software Project Manager to join their rapidly expanding EMEA Professional Services team based from Central London.
Over the last 4 months, the EMEA sales team have exceeded their annual sales target by over 400% so have an urgent need to hire a Solution Architect, 2 x Senior Consultants and a Project Manager.
As well as paying strong basic salaries and bonuses, you will also be given an equity stake in the business after 6 months to reflect the impact and value you'll ass in this role - this isn't share options, this is an equity stake in the business which could if things go well be worth hundreds of thousands or even millions of pounds to you!
My client are headquartered out of California, USA and have developed a unique SaaS based software solution that allows companies of every size, across all industries to automate and accelerate their incident resolution for every possible incident including security, network and IT operation centres. So they can automate every manual process within a business, from something as small as the automation to change everyone's passwords, automating upgrades for their security systems, providing on-going health checks of systems to allowing end and start of day set ups of trading systems. They offer a high calibre software solution which already has examples of clients saving millions of pounds, so the product works.
This role is 80% London based, with on average one day per week travelling to meet clients in EMEA (mostly London currently), so whilst there is some travel you are on-site for one day and then back to London, where you'll be based for the other 4 days per week. Recently signed EMEA clients include several top tier investment banks, mobile telecoms companies and very well-known car manufacturers.
Salary: £70-90k basic + bonus + benefits + equity in the business after 6 months
Key skills and experience sought:
- Proven track record gained over several years working in a software house / vendor consultancy, with significant experience as a Project Manager
- Strong Project Management methodologies including preferably knowledge of Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, Prince2, PMO methods
- Technical background preferred
- Prince 2 accreditation and other project management accreditations preferred
- Understanding of software automation preferred
- Whatever it takes attitude
- Degree educated preferably
- EU passport is essential
You'll be joining a small office in London of 18, but part of a business of 200 globally, in a hyper growth stage, necessitating the need to hire strong individuals who can grow their responsibilities very quickly (hence the equity stake).
