We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to work within a well-established software house to provide IT Support to the business. The right person will have extensive experience providing excellent technical support. You will be the main point of contact for IT Support within the business and will need to resolve any issues as they occur, set up new starters and provide support on networking and infrastructure. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and organisational skills who can take full ownership of issues who can follow solutions through to completion. They are looking for someone with strong networking and infrastructure knowledge, including networks, servers, switches and routers, and disaster planning. There are some great benefits that go with the role which include 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, pension and a sociable working environment, and are looking to pay up to £30,000.
