1st Line Support Engineer Opportunity -

As a 1st line Support Engineer you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing remote support and troubleshooting on a very mixed range of issues. Although this is a 1st line role, there will be exposure to more technical issues, and the team are always happy to help and improve a colleague's technical knowledge with great opportunities to progress through the company.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting desktop software and hardware issues as well as basic printer issues
- Manage customer anti-spam and antivirus installations.
- Routine check customer backsups
- Setting up new user accounts and mailboxes
