Helpdesk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst required to provide 1st line support for a Managed Services company within London.

Working as a Helpdesk Analyst / Support Analyst your key responsibilities should include:

* Operation of a help desk facility for users by providing desktop support
* Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible as first point of contact
* To escalate calls internally and with third parties
* Responding to "How do I.." queries

Your technical knowledge should cover as many of the following as possible:

* Windows XP / Windows 7
* Office 2003 / Office 2010
* Active Directory - User Admin
* Autonomy Worksite/Filesite
