My client, based in Birmingham, urgently require a Care Data and Systems Analyst on a 6 month contract.



DATA AND SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop reports and analyse the resultant information to fulfil business requirements for measuring and monitoring progress against targets, reviewing and measuring of activity, statutory reporting requirements and to inform service development and funding applications.
  • To support users including staff, volunteers family members and external professionals in the use of the Clients care information systems including routine administration and specifically in the management of user accounts in relation to the family portal.
  • Assist in the development, testing and implementation of new development, features and processes to maximise the benefits of the care information systems.
  • Assist in the development and moderation of "chat rooms", blogs and diary facilities within the Azeuscare system.




OTHER DUTIES
  • Develop and support the delivery of training to users of the systems with a specific focus on enabling families and young people to use the portal facility. This will include travel across the region and include some planned flexible working outside of normal office hours.
  • Support regular audit and monitoring of the care data systems ensuring accurate high quality information for internal and external use.
  • Provide support in relation to queries and problems regarding care data and systems through the helpdesk system as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT department to ensure it continues to provide a high quality support service.
  • Work to ensure all aspects of information governance are met and adhered to.
  • Ensure all communications are of a high standard appropriate and sensitive to the recipient.
