The company are looking for an apprentice who will become an all round highly skilled individual in welding and fabrication amongst other fields. The right apprentice must be hard working, willing to learn, not be worried about getting stuck in. A mature individual with a genuine enthusiasm for the industry. You will be learning from a team of highly skilled people so you must be able to take instruction well.

You will be required to attend the academy for training in your BTEC Level 1 Certificate in Engineering. 6 weeks (2 days a week).This will also include a 2 day industry work placement.

The Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations is delivered at LEMA Engineering & Manufacturing Academy. You will be in training for one day a week and four days a week at your trainee Engineering Apprenticeship placement for the first 23 weeks of your 12 month Apprenticeship. For the right candidate you can then progress to level 3.

To qualify:

You will require 5 GCSE's Grade 9-4 including Maths and English.
You will have to be aged 16 – 18 years old.
You have an interest in engineering.
