An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a pivotal financial services company based in the heart of Bristol as they are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join their growing team.
The role will see the successful candidate providing administration and telephone support in equal measure, handling inbound enquiries from customers and owning a workload whereby you will be required to undertake a range of administrative processes relating to those customer queries.
Our client has a comprehensive training and induction programme, which will provide the technical and product knowledge necessary to complete the role.
Ideally you will have at least 6 months administrative experience with a flair for providing unrivalled customer service. You will be outgoing and positive with a hard working attitude.
Experience of working within a large team or number of teams within a large department would be very much advantageous.
