Customer Support Engineer
JSR Talent have an exciting opportunity to work with a company with a fantastic and growing product. We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide a field based role to cover areas in Dundee.
On a day to day basis, you will be required to provide maintenance to electrical products including fault finding, visual inspection of equipment and installation, testing and cleaning of the product; fault finding including PCB’s, electrical protection and PC control systems and achieving required response times as detailed in maintenance contract.
To qualify for the position, you will need to have the following experience/skills:
- City & Guilds 2330 NVQ Level 3
- Experience with mechanical assemblies
- Fault finding skills
- Experience of PC’s and networking environments
- PCB fault finding
- Hold a current CSCS card or of similar discipline
- Full, clean UK drivers licence
