Legal Secretary with Reception
We are looking for a dedicated individual to take on a split role in a friendly busy office. The role will consist of Reception work and Legal Secretarial duties in the wills, trusts and probate department.
As a receptionist you will be expected to assist with the day to day administration of the branch. Duties will include (but are not limited to) greeting clients in a professional and helpful manner and assisting clients who visit the premises, operating the diary and making appointments, taking telephone calls branch and distributing them accordingly.
As for the Secretarial aspect of the role we are looking for an organised and accurate person who takes initiative and works hard for the good of their team. Applicants must have excellent typing skills with good grammar, accuracy.
A background in legal/ medical secretarial work is desirable.
