Excellent career opportunity to join a dynamic Wealth Management firm, whereby you will be supporting the Financial Advisers with administration and client relationship support The Company This dynamic city based Wealth Management firm was formed 3 / 4 years ago and has a team of 12 Diploma qualified advisers and over 3,000 HNW clients. They are recruiting an Administrator who will work closely with the Financial Advisers and Relationship Managers to provide administration support. Role and responsibilities You will be working for a small team of successful Financial Advisers whereby; your main responsibility will be to help their Relationship Managers manage the full delivery of the financial planning process and ensure both the clients and Advisers are kept abreast of all developments. In addition, your duties will include: Processing, submitting and recording all business on the relevant systems Chasing individuals for information when required Deal with customer queries in an efficient manner by telephone or email Occasionally be involved in client meetings to assist in taking copies of relevant documents Develop and maintain good relationships with all internal and external parties to help smooth processing of business Requirements to be considered Ideally you should have strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines. To be considered for this role, you must have financial services administration experience and desire to further your career within a support based role.
