Job Title: Service Desk Access Analyst
Job Location: Bedford
Job Type: Contract
Job Duration: 3 Months Plus
Job Rate: £130 PER DAY

Service Access Request specialists (x2) required to provide professional, high quality and customer-focused Access Request support within an IT Service Desk, delivering to SLA and resolving issues at first point of contact. You will be prompt in your responses to service requests, maintain excellent communication with your customers, and have an enthusiastic approach to teamwork and collaboration. You will demonstrate superior technical skills, customer empathy, and have a curious and positive nature. You will demonstrate sound judgement, maturity, and ownership of work assignments, while you balance shifting priorities, and accomplish individual and team goals.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following;
  • Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests in accordance with defined SLA targets, using remote takeover/management tools as and when required.
  • Prioritise, and co-ordinate the provision of support for incidents/service requests with third party suppliers
  • Conduct routine creation, modification, and deletion of end user access to a number of users.
  • Conduct Software Installations manually and using Remote Access Tools
  • Responsible for PowerShell and scripting of automated services. Make amendments when required

Successful candidate will be expected to display a solid track record of the following;
  • Solid experience of resolving IT incidents, fulfilling service requests and provisioning account/access requests for business applications
  • Experience of producing and improving IT Service Desk documentation and knowledge articles
  • Experience of co-ordinating the provision of support for incidents, service requests and access requests with internal and external service providers
  • Experience of using PowerShell scripts to automate service request fulfilment like New Starters, Drive Access and Mailbox Access etc
