Senior Java Developer | This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Java Developer with a solid background in RESTful API's, Web Services, Microservices and Cloud based (AWS) programming to take your career to the next level with a reputable player in the media industry. The successful Senior Java Developer will contribute to scaling the microservice architecture using a combination of event driven and RESTful architecture patterns to deliver new products for millions of researchers across the globe! You will be responsible for scaling up and branching into exciting new product categories too help researchers to stay up to date, showcase and share their research. The successful Senior Java Developer will have experience in working with backend cloud services within an agile working environment with a focus is on RESTful web services development, primarily in Java, using the Dropwizard framework with various SQL/NoSQL databases.
