LOCATION: Dunstable (near Luton), Bedfordshire

JOB TITLE: Machine Assemblers & Electrical Wirer's

SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive dependent on skills and experience

WORKING HOURS: Full Time – Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

THE COMPANY: Our client are manufacturer's of envelope inserting and polywrap enclosing machines, plastic card mailing systems and print finishing equipment. Their high quality, high speed addressing and mailing solutions are designed for use in industries where performance and reliability are critical. Due to continued growth they now seek Machine Assemblers & Electrical Wirer's to join their existing team in Dunstable.

Key Responsibilities for the Machine Assemblers & Electrical Wirer's role in Dunstable, Bedfordshire include:

- Responsible for assembly of mechanical parts for machines
- Ensure machines are assembled in full ready for testing

Electrical Wirers additional Responsibilities:

- Carrying out any new wiring on machines and re wiring any faulty machines
- Identifying and responding to any mechanical or electrical faults

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Machine Assemblers position will have suitable related experience in a manufacturing or production environment in mechanical assembly related role, or as a Machine Operator. Candidates must have good communication skills and have excellent attention to detail.

Candidates for the Electrical Wirer's position will need to have a background in either Electrical Installations or Electro Mechanical Assembly / Re Wiring and will be a natural problem solver and any relevant/related qualifications in Electrical Engineering would be an advantage. You must live within commutable distance to Dunstable (near Luton) Bedfordshire.


Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Machine Assemblers & Electrical Wirer's role in Dunstable (near Luton), Bedfordshire :-

- Previous experience in an Electro Mechanical Assembly related role or from an Electrical Installation background is essential
- Must be mature, hard working and someone looking to develop their career
- Previous experience working on Envelope/Magazine inserter's or any other booklet making system's would be beneficial but is not essential
