Job Title: 1st Line Support Engineer Salary: 16k - 20k depending on experience. Benefits: Pension after 3 month out of a 6 month probation period and on site parking. They are an information technology company who provide IT support / Consultancy for small to medium businesses. They pride themselves on customer services and technical knowledge so good communication skills is vital. They are looking for a new 1st Line Support Engineer to join the team We are looking for an Enthusiastic / Motivated candidate with Excellent communication stills who is able to work on their own initiative within a team player environment. They must be trustworthy, methodical, logical and have a clear understanding of prioritisation. Requirements: · Driving License. · 2 Years MINIMUM Experience in an IT related role. Role: Acting as the 1st Line Support Engineer providing telephone and desktop support. The candidate will also work with 2nd Line Support Engineers when required. Skills and Experience: · Minimum of 2 Years' experience in an IT / Helpdesk role. · Clear communication and telephone manner and etiquette. · Be able to follow company Direction. · Well presented. · Good documentation skills. · Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems including Guest / Server. · Good Knowledge of core hardware. · Good Knowledge of Networking. Desirable Requirements: Microsoft MCP / MCSA Security Systems Good grades in education to show the ability to learn and adapt. Interview Process: Telephone Interview. Face to Face interview with Line Manager.
