Our client who created and provides Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software solutions. They deliver the world's most successful Digital Workforce. They're now looking for a Customer Support Engineer (German Speaking) to join their team in Newton le Willows, Warrington.

As part of the Global Customer Support organisation you will be responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing technical problems and working with the customers and our client’s developers to resolve technical roadblocks.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with working with a wide range of technologies including VB, .net, Windows and MS SQL Server but also has experience in virtualised environments such as VMWare or Amazon AWS. You must be fluent in German and English to be successful for this position.

Responsibilities for the Customer Support Engineer (German Speaking) will include (but not limited to):

·Manage customer support technical issues on a daily basis, including verifying issues, isolating and diagnosing the problem, resolving the issue where possible

·Managing customer issues within our CRM system

·Provide technical support to all customers, partners and sales engineers via telephone, email and the web

The experience required for the successful Customer Support Engineer (German Speaking) are as follows:

·3+ years of industry experience in supporting enterprise software components

·Must speak fluent German and English

·College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field

·Experience with supporting VB, .net environments is preferred
