IT Support Engineer (1st/ 2nd Line Support)
Up to £25,000 per annum
H&R Talent are seeking a IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis for an IT Services company based in Central London. Day to day you will responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line desktop and server support which will incorporate both on-site face to face support as well as telephone, remote & email based support from their office’s in Central London, they would anticipate the role to be roughly 20-30% on-site support (London based) and 70-80% office based.
Key Technical Skills:
*Windows 7, 8 & 10
*Windows Server 2008, 2012 inc Active Directory
*Ms Office (including Excel, Word, Outlook & Access)
You will also have involvement in ad-hoc project work such as IT installs, upgrades and migrations etc.

The role has come about due to increased demand & growth and need to increase the head count to support their clients.
You will form part of their Service desk, alongside 3 others, so you would be the 4th person on the Service desk, reporting into a Team Lead, you will form part of a wider IT team of 3rd Line Engineers.
The working hours are split in two: Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm.
