Our client is a world leader in high tech payment systems. They are now seeking an experienced I.T. Support Engineer/ Team Leader with strong networking and data storage (SANS) skills to be based at their UK headquarters near Greenford. Duties will include ; •Workstation/server OS server builds, •ADS administration, •Maintain successful backup •WSUS for servers/workstation •Updating of network systems eg SANs, Cisco, & VMWare. •Monitoring of data connections to customer interfaces and Munich HQ •Design and implementation of IT systems as required •Act as a mentor and identify training needs. •Create procedures for the production and commercial network infrastructure Experience : •Windows Operating Systems (2003\2008 R2\XP\Windows 7) •Symactec Backup Exec 2010, Sharepoint, Checkpoint MEP, Sophos, •MS Office (Apply online only), Citrix, VMWare, Xen Server, SAP •CISCO, VMWARE, NETApp System Manager, Juniper Firewall, Checkpoint Firewalls, Lotus Notes, MS SQL Server, PGP, Acronis backup, •Managed File Transfers SSH, SFTP, Connect Direct, Automate, Internet Protocols Benefits Excellent career opportunity with global company offering Pension scheme, training, discretionary Bonus, free parking
