Description:

Northgate is an 'outstanding' special school (11-18 years) for pupils with learning difficulties, physical and sensory disabilities.

Northgate operates across 3 sites and became an academy school in 2011.

As business manager you will be responsible for the academy accounting and management information systems, regularly reporting to the Academy Leadership Team and Governing Body.

You will provide confidential, high quality support and guidance to the Whole School Community. You will promote effective communication and deliver outstanding service to all stake holders at all times.

You will be part of an effective administration team and be expected to performance manage and promote professional development.

We welcome all applications; experience of a school setting would be an advantage but not essential. It is expected that the successful candidate will be qualified to an acceptable standard; ie CSBM, DSBM, Diploma of School Business Management or Accounting Certificate.

Northgate School Arts College (Academy Trust) is looking for someone who is flexible, personable and has drive to move the academy forward, maintaining our 'outstanding' service.

Pay / Salary Details

Pay Scale: NJC Scale - Range

Pay Scale Points Range: 38 to 42

Salary: £33437 to £37306

The salary quoted is the full time equivalent, part time posts will be paid pro-rata.
