We are looking for a Senior Digital Content Manager to deliver outstanding digital supporter experience on Save the Children websites and ensure they maximise engagement, conversion, and loyalty.

Our Fundraising and Marketing Division exists to inspire millions of people – from individuals to large companies - to support our quest for change. The Digital Department which this role is part of, advises on, develops, and delivers innovative and effective digital marketing, products and campaigns that inspire the public to act and give in aid of children.
As Senior Digital Content Manager you will support the Head of Digital Experience in the strategic development of Save the Children websites for ongoing improvement in supporter experience with a focus on improving content and user experience that leads to higher rates of engagement and conversion.
You will line manage two content editors and will work closely with an Optimisation Specialist, Digital Product Managers, analysts, data specialists and developers to deliver improvements.
In addition, you will:
- Work closely with Social Media and Digital Marketing colleagues to build seamless and engaging online journeys that engage and convert.Input into cross-organisational campaign planning to ensure supporter journeys conform to best practice user experiences and are efficient in resource use.Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to design, deliver and iteratively improve, innovative and effective digital solutions for the organisation and its’ supporters.On occasion, act as a product owner in an agile development scrum.Actively maintain positive working relationships outside of the immediate working unit, in both the wide department and internationally
To be successful you will:
- Have substantial evidence of developing website content, new features and websites that have delivered increased conversions.You will be influential, with the ability to drive ideas, concepts, and champion these up to Director level.You will have substantial experience of managing and developing a high performing digital content team; of using Content Management Systems and data analytics packages.Strong networking skills and ability to build good working relationships both internally and externally.Resilience, enthusiasm, energy, and drive with the ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment.Be educated to a degree level.
