2nd Line Support
2nd Line Support based in Salford. A rapidly growing property development business requires an efficient and professional 2nd Line Support person to join their brand new offices based in Salford Quays.
The 2nd Line Support will be;
· Technical resolution of incidents at 1st/2nd Line
· Acting as a single point for contact for all IT related service requests
· Logging calls with 3rd parties and incident management
· Tracking all incidents and requests to ensure SLAs are met
The 2nd Line Support will have experience administering, managing, maintaining and troubleshooting not limited to the following technologies:
· Exchange Server 2010/2016
· Windows Server 2012/2016
· Windows 7/10
· Active Directory
· Office 365
