Membership Development Officer
We are PTA UK, a leading education charity and membership organisation for parent teacher associations. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Membership Development Officer to join our Head Office in Tonbridge, Kent. Who you are: We are looking for a people-person who is an extremely organised administrator and multitasker, and thrives on being busy and working collaboratively. You will be responsible for co-ordinating the implementation and logistics of a new schools membership and our schools training programme. The role involves a diverse range of duties that requires a high degree of initiative and judgement. The role: Reporting into the Schools Programme Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for: Coordinating the implementation and logistics of a new schools membership due to launch in September 2018. Administrating the delivery of an established schools training programme, including logistics, marketing, and liaison with venues, attendees and course trainer as necessary. Undertaking regular desk research to understand the changing landscape of education provision in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Working on various membership development projects. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in membership development and will have ideally worked within a school/educational or not for profit setting. Job Type: Full-time, although we are happy to consider flexible hours for the right candidate.
