We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive to work with our Department store brands (JD Williams and Fashion World) to help deliver, and contribute, to the overall CRM strategy. As our CRM Executive, you will look to understand our data and customer life cycle to increase customer loyalty, contribute to campaign planning and support the team in collating relevant analytical reports. To be a successful CRM Executive you will have the following skills and experience: - An understanding of CRM or experience within a similar role - Commercial understanding - Experience of email marketing - A degree in a relevant field (Marketing etc) is advantageous but not essential - Proven experience in interpreting and analysing data - Proficient and regular user of Excel - A creative flair for campaign planning and execution as well as collaborating with others - Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to learn, embrace new technologies and drive business change - Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to manage a varied workload, to tight deadlines - Organised and proactive approach to solving tasks In return, the CRM Executive will receive a salary of up to £21,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
