Motor Claims Handler – Belfast On behalf of our client Cpl Jobs are looking to recruit an Motor Claims Handler for their highly established and successful insurance company. Key Responsibilities Registration, handling and settlement of motor and damage claims. Accurate and comprehensive recording of all transactions and decisions. Compliance with company quality standards. Compliance with Financial Conduct Authority requirements for claims handling. Achievement of agreed targets in relation to all aspects of claim handling to include identification of fraud cases and progression of recovery files. General administrative duties. Key Requirements / Skills & Experience Essential Criteria Demonstrated experience of working within a customer facing role for a minimum of one year. Candidates must have financial services experience GCSE – Grade C or higher – in Mathematics and English. Ability to demonstrate communication & negotiation skills. Ability to work on initiative and manage own time effectively This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain more experience in a global company with excellent career progression.
