Are you a Qualified Senior Management Accountant who can take one of largest businesses of it's kind in Yorkshire to the next level? I am seeking a candidate who has a good wealth of experience analysing accounts and monitoring financial performance, you will be part of a small management team and report to the Managing Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to set-up and manage new systems and processes: •Introduce, set up and manage electronic invoicing or a self bill system with the aim of reducing payment times •Develop cashflow forecasting •Manage a new budget process •Analyse and forecast business performance •Monthly Management Accounts reporting •To utilise in-house software to extract data for use in the financial reporting process •To support the Payroll administrator to implement new procedures which encompasses changes in legislation •Development of KPIs and supporting reports • Other duties include: •Management of the sales and purchase ledger •Bank reconciliations •Monthly debtor / creditor reporting •VAT returns •Ensure that PAYE and NI payments meet all deadlines •Preparing statutory accounts and working alongside external auditors •Production of year end submissions, P11d's, P60's The ideal candidate will have experience managing a small accounts/admin team. As this is a new role, I am seeking a candidate with strong commercial experience, hands-on, shows a lot of initiative and has a real passion for wanting a business to grow and succeed. Strong IT skills and the ability to implement new systems in to daily processes is essential.
