1st Line Support Analyst

Tank Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Analyst role for a client of ours based in North Somerset.
Main Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact, via telephone and email to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Statement of Responsibilities:
Log incidents accurately using our Business Support System Provide regular, high quality updates to clients and end users for all incidents. Manage/monitor all Incident RecordsEscalate incidents appropriately Follow checklists and documented processes
Skills and Competencies Required:
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Technical skills - Familiarity with multiple operating systems
- logical problem solver
