We are an expanding Bristol based bookkeeping company and need more staff to ensure we maintain a high standard of service for all our clients.
We are looking for a competent bookkeeper who is qualified with at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience to work for us on an employed basis.
The candidate should have good working knowledge of:
MS Office particularly Excel and Outlook
MS Dynamics
Sage 50 Accounts (essential)
Sage Payroll
Be competent in bookkeeping work up to Trial Balance
Bank Reconciliations
Credit Control (desirable)

The candidate will:
AAT qualified to at least level 2
ICB qualified or equivalent (desirable)
At least 2 years’ experience working in a finance/bookkeeping role
Work well on their own and within a team
Use own initiative
Be self-motivated and proactive
Be punctual and reliable
Able to adapt to different working environments
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good telephone manner
Ability to understand the importance of confidentiality
Accuracy and attention to detail
Have own transport
Full clean UK driving license

We require the successful candidate to be willing to work on site at our Taunton or Bristol offices and off site in and around Bristol at client’s premises (mileage over 10 miles will be paid).
Hours: 15 - 22.5 per week (days can be flexible)
