Our client, a leading financial advice business are looking to recruit a Client Service Team Leader to lead a team of 10 on a full time, permanent basis. Job responsibilities: * Provide a high level of administrative support to a team of 5 Client Service Associates (administrators and client support) and 5 Paraplanners * Day to day running of the office including local recruitment, training, 1-2-1s and appraisals * Provide guidance and support to the team members as and when required * Monitor the quality of the work produced by the Client Service team by reviewing the output for each team member, including providing training and feedback where required * Monitor workloads across the team and re-assign where necessary * Process new business and issue the relevant policy documents/contract notes * Dealing with changes to policies, funds and client personal details * Maintaining accurate records of the client's financial situation * There would be very occasional travel, approximately one day per month Key skills/experience * Very strong people skills and experience of developing and coaching small teams * Strong administration experience * Financial services experience, ideally within the IFA/wealth management space but not essential * Ideally some relevant qualifications such as FPC, DipFA or equivalent * Paraplanning exposure would be preferable but by no means essential If you are interested in this position and have the right skills and experience then please apply now
