Field Support Technician - ITIL - Active Directory - Windows 7 -10 - CCNA - 3 month contract - Norwich
Your new role
In your new role you will be part of a team responsible for Incident Management, technical support of a wide range of hardware and software technologies and also field support to all of the companies sites across Norfolk and Suffolk. You will also be targeted to achieve Service Level Agreement and KPIs.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be qualified in ITILv3 Foundation or Microsoft Certified. Alongside this you will need to have experience in the support of hardware/software issues within desktop environments, have sound knowledge of basic networking principles, Active Directory, SCCM and Windows 7 through to 10.
If you are Cisco CCNA, CompTIA qualified and have experience with routers, switches, VPN and previous NHS experience this will put you at an advantage.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial 3 month contract and an hourly rate of £12.17 - £13.27.
